Education & Training
Classes you can take during high school are AP Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. For schooling after high school you need about four years. In order to get a nursing job, you need a nursing degree. The more work experience and training you have, the easier it will be to get the job. Nature of Work
Each day the Nurses will record Patients' medical histories and symptoms. They will also operate and monitor medical equipment. Registered Nurses will work longs day of walking, bending, stretching, and standing which potentially lead to back injuries. They will also have Rotating shifts, normally 24 hours at a time. Some advantages are you'll never be out of job, because each day people are getting hurt. You also make a good income. They're is some negative aspects too, you could possibly get sick from a patient, and you have to work long hours.
I think this career would work for me because I like to work with people and I like helping people. It makes a good money income and you should always have a job.
